Protecting our pollinators is critical to the survival of our planet. Bees (both native and European) as well as other pollenating insects are the lifeblood of our world, they help pollenate the food we eat and the trees around us. Without bees, our ecosystem will fail.

Buy gifting a school one of our School incursions, you are helping to teach our next generation the skills they need to protect this wonderful world we all live on.
We offer school incursions to t he following groups, prep-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-10 and 11-12. Our prep-10 programs are mapped back to the Australian Curriculum and can be tailored to suit the needs of the individual school.
We are able to build in hands on learning activities to our school incursions, some examples are:
Building a native bee hotel to support pollinators at school or home.
Making seed bombs to promote pollinator friendly plants in your local community
Cold press you own honey
Honeycomb tastings

Please nominate a school you would like to donate a school incursion too. If possible, speak with the school prior to purchasing .
If you do not request a school, we will find a school on your behalf to deliver the workshop.
If the school declines the donation, you may choose to select another school, or have a refund (less fees charged to us by the website company) .
Delivery of school incursion to be negotiated between the school and Urban Bee Ed. (we aim to delivery the workshop within 1 school term, however, this is dependant on the school)
